Dear Cedarbrae Families

It’s hard to believe that the first month of school is already behind us! Students have learned so much, and we look forward to continued growth and learning ahead.

Last week, our community came together in meaningful ways to honour Truth and Reconciliation Week. On Thursday, the entire school gathered on the back field for a powerful round dance that truly inspired us all. On Friday, we wore our orange shirts and tied orange ribbons on the posts in front of our garden as a symbol of our ongoing commitment to Truth and Reconciliation.

A reminder that Tuesday, September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. There will be no school for students on either day.
