Our week is off to a wonderful start!
Despite it being a short week students and staff have been busy dancing and preparing for our Hip-Hop Dance Residency performance at 10:45 AM tomorrow. Doors will open to families at10:30 AM. Please plan to arrive between 10:30 and 10:40.
Free Parenting Course –Still time to Register
Hull Services will be hosting a free parenting course for all interested parent, adult and/or caregiver AND their children aged 5-12 at Cedarbrae School beginning on April 10, 2025. The course focuses on parenting skills and a children’s social skills group. The children’s group will focus on social skills such as how to listen, how to accept no/disappointment, how to express their feelings and how to deal with being angry/frustrated.
The topics we discuss in the parent group are:
- Relationship Building and Positive Behaviour
- Reducing Conflict and Managing Transitions Successfully
- Special Incentives and Collaborative Planning
- Effective Consequences and Problem Solving Strategies

Attendance
Please inform the school if your child will be absent or arriving late. Please report all absences to the Attendance Line at 403-777-8610. Please be sure to leave your child’s name, homeroom, and reason for absence on each message.
